We understand that circumstances change. In rare cases, a return or exchange may be requested.


What is Your Return Policy?


We accept returns in Canada only on all products for up to 14 days after receipt of your order.

To be eligible for a return, a product must be unused and in its original packaging. The product must be in the same condition it was received.


Are Returns Canada-Only?


Unfortunately, due to current border restrictions and regulations, all USA orders are considered final sales.

Any order that has crossed the US border is not eligible for a return or exchange. In rare circumstances, exceptions may apply.

Is What I Bought ‘Final Sale’?


Final sale applies to all any items discounted (including while using promo codes).

Also due to customs regulation, all USA orders are considered final sale


Can I Return Something Bought on Sale?


If you have purchased a sales item with a discount applied, regardless of value, it is only eligible for merchandise credit.

This credit is provided on an eGift Card. The merchandise is still subject to the required 14-day return limit.

What Do I Have to Do to Return A Product?


If you are unhappy with your order and wish to coordinate a return, contact a member of our customer service team at sales@bubblylux.com within the required 14-day time frame for the next steps.

A team member will require the order number and pictures of the item to confirm its condition.

The item you wish to return should be placed back into its box with styrofoam support. Seal it securely.

Bubblylux will provide and send a prepaid return shipping label which is to be stuck over the original shipping label. Please note, the original shipping label’s barcode should be fully covered.

How Much Does it Cost to Return An Item?


While Bubblylux provides the prepaid shipping label, original shipping and handling fees are deducted from your refund.

Furthermore, we do not refund taxes or duties.


How Long Does It Take to Process A Return?


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, it is processed within 7-10 business days.



Do You Cover Return Shipping Rates?


Bubblylux covers domestic (Canada) shipping rates, however, for international shipping return costs are covered by the customer.

If you are shipping over the border or internationally, contact us directly for any further assistance.


“I Haven’t Received My Refund. What Do I Do?”


After 10 business days following the arrival of the product at our warehouse, if you haven’t yet received your refund, contact your credit card company first.

It may take some time to process and post a refund on your credit account.

If your bank and credit card company do not have any information, feel free to contact our service team and we will do everything we can to assist you.

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Defective Product and Returns due to Our Error


If there are mistakes with your order, or items arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, contact customer service team and we’ll make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.


 Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

Due to COVID-19 returns/exchanges on drinkware are temporary not accepted.

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Each returned item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back returns.


Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@bubblylux.com, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Order Cancellations


We strive to have all orders picked, packed, and shipped as quickly as possible because we know you can't wait to receive it! With that in mind, once your order is placed, we are not able to cancel your order. Please see the return policy for additional information if a return is still needed.


How Do You Cancel An Order?


The only way for Bubblylux to cancel your order is if it has not shipped yet.

Once your order has shipped, we cannot provide a refund until the item is returned to our warehouse.
